After slow fermentation at low temperature, it is aged in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness and the most delicate notes. It was made a batonnage with fine lees for 4 months.

Winemaker’s notes

Light coral color. Aroma of wild red fruits and a slight floral. All in great delicacy and elegance. Fresh in the mouth and well balanced. Very fine and seductive finish.
